Refund & Cancellations Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all goods, services, and events offered by Soul and Sound CIC. By making a purchase or booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Refund Policy:

  1. Goods:

    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  2. Services:

    • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

  3. Events:

    • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Goods: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund. Contact us immediately at cancellations@soulandsound.com.

  2. Services:

    • Services may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

  3. Events:

    • Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded unless under exceptional circumstances, which must be reviewed and approved by us.
